Q: How do I login to the subscriber utility site?
You can reach the subscriber utilities site by typing http://utility.pbtcomm.net in your web browser address bar.
Q: How do I check authenticated time usage?
From the main menu of the subscriber utilities site click on the Check Authenticated Time Usage button. This will bring up a new window. Specify the Month and Report Type preferences and click on the Submit button. Your authenticated time usage report will be displayed for you.
Q: How do I check personal disk space usage?
From the main menu of the subscriber utilities site click on the Check Personal Disk Usage button. Your disk usage report will be displayed for you.
Q: How do I change my password?
From the main menu of the subscriber utilities site click on the Change Password button. This will bring up a new window. Enter your Current Internet password in the space provided. You will then be required to enter your new password in the New Internet password space provided and type the same new password in the Verify New Internet password space provided. Once you have done this, click on the Change Password button.
Q: How do I add or manage additional e-mail accounts?
From the main menu of the subscriber utilities site click on the Add/Manage Additional E-mail Accounts button. This will bring up a new window. To create an additional account, type the name of your desired new e-mail account in the Username field. Enter your desired password in the Password field and re-type the desired password again in the Confirm Password field. When you have done this click on the Add Account button to create your additional account.
Important Information: Please remember that Usernames must be 3 - 12 characters beginning with a letter and may contain letters, numbers or underscores. They must not start or end with an underscore and cannot contain two underscores in a row. Passwords must be 6 - 12 characters and may contain letters, numbers, dollar signs ($) or underscores(_). Passwords must not be the same as the username. Passwords are also case sensitive. PBT Internet subscribers are allowed up to eight e-mail accounts for free.
